The GROW Mentorship Program equips Registered Nurses to thrive in early intervention clinics, bridging the gap between medical insight and allied health practice. Through structured education, personalised onboarding, and ongoing 1:1 support, we prepare RNs to lead with confidence, compassion, and clarity.

More than just clinical training, this is about embedding reflective, holistic, and trauma-aware practice into your team — from sleep and toileting to medication and feeding. With GROW, your RN becomes a powerful asset in delivering whole-child care, reducing reliance on GPs and paediatricians, and strengthening outcomes for the families you support.

The Grow Baseline Clinic will be an early intervention clinic with Allied Health professionals and Registered Nurses working side by side to bring holistic care to children and families in early intervention.

It will provide a clear, holistic picture of children’s health including sleep, feeding, medications and more.

The Grow Baseline will complement existing therapy by identifying underlying factors that may impact progress, providing practical recommendations, and supporting families to make the most of their specialist and paediatrician appointments. It adds value by bridging medical and therapeutic care for better outcomes.
