Women’s Health
$98.00 – $349.00
As a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner, I offer compassionate, evidence-informed care for women and adolescent girls navigating hormonal health – from the first period to postmenopause. Whether you’re experiencing confusing cycle changes, perimenopausal symptoms, or seeking help for a teen with painful or irregular periods, I provide clarity, coordination, and up-to-date recommendations tailored to your needs.
Through personalised consultations, I help map your symptoms, guide informed decision-making, and collaborate with your GP or women’s health specialist to ensure integrated care. My focus is on empowering you with the tools, knowledge, and support you need to feel understood and in control of your health journey.
